What time should I arrive on the first day of travel?
It depends on your first day's schedule. All instructions will appear in your travel diary and will take precedence over the information below:
We generally recommend collecting your bikes from our service provider between 9:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m. if an excursion is planned for the first day. In certain destinations, bikes are left at your accommodation.
When a baggage transfer is planned, you must drop off your baggage before 9:00 a.m. at the reception of your hotel or at our service provider's.
If you are staying there for your first night, we advise you to drop off your luggage at your hotel reception first.
